Any external source- such as those that bank for them, or contribute to them, or buy from them, take 'em out. They are Isis too.

Does this include the following:

1. Buying the oil stolen in the desert?
2. Training them to use any weapon above and AK47 and IED - other than what can be stolen in the desert?
3. Supplying them with food, water - other than what can be stolen in the desert?
4. delivering "intelligence" to enable them to plan and execute their war?
5. Delivering medical aid - other than what can be stolen in the desert?

If the above is followed there would be a lot of crusader coalition countries blacklisted, sanctioned, cut off from SWIFT, bombed etc..

Taking them out would be pretty difficult, who would do the taking out ISIS?
