A spokesman for the Kurdish YPG militia in Afrin, Birusk Hasaka, confirmed to Reuters that Turkish forces hit a village in the northwest of the region, near the Turkish border.

"French President Emmanuel Macron says he is prepared to "strike" Syria if evidence is found to support claims that President Bashar al-Assad used chemical weapons against civilians, though noted that French intelligence agencies do not have any such proof.
“On chemical weapons, I set a red line and I reaffirm that red line,” Macron told reporters in Paris on Tuesday. “Today, our agencies, our armed forces have not established that chemical weapons, as set out in treaties, have been used against the civilian population.”
“We have some indications of possible chlorine use [in Syria], but we have no absolute confirmation... So we, alongside the others, are working on trying to confirm this, as we clearly have to get the facts straight.” -French Defense Minister Florence Parly
Facilities used to store and "originate" chemical weapons shipments would be the primary targets, said the French President, who also told reporters that he warned Russian President Vladimir Putin of France's plans during a phone call last Friday.
“I've reiterated it to President Putin, asking to make it very clear to the Syrian regime, which has reaffirmed that it does not use chemical weapons … but we are watching it,” Macron stated."
The French Foreign Affairs Minister confirmed similar the same day.

"According to Reuters, France’s foreign minister sought to clarify his government’s position on the use of chemical weapons in Syria saying that Paris would only strike if the attacks were lethal and carried out by government forces.
President Emmanuel Macron said on Tuesday that “France will strike” if chemical weapons are used against civilians in the Syrian conflict in violation of international treaties, but that he had not yet seen proof this was the case.
In a telephone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday expressed concern over signs that chlorine bombs had been used against civilians in Syria.
“(The president) confirmed that he would proceed to military strikes against regime installations if there was a new use of chemical weapons by Bashar al-Assad’s forces when these attacks are lethal and regime’s responsibility is proven,” Jean-Yves Le Drian told lawmakers."
Evidence, as utilised in previous attacks had been published, France has committed to attack if chemical were used and by government forces. Ameristan has previous on attacking. Some were asking questions but most of the questions were regarding who and what forces would be used along with what targets will be "bombed back to the stone-age"1. Would it be France, Ameristan or more crusader coalition attackers?2. Would a NATO country attack another NATO country. It being Turkey who used the chemical weapons, allegedly.?
3. Would Turkey, if attacked, call on other NATO countries to help defend it's forces, as NATO is setup to assist each NATO member?
4. Would the attack be on Turkish airfields.
5. Would French bombers bomb the main Turkish NATO base Interlink, in Turkey, where possibly the attacking Turkish forces were based?
6. Would the ameristani (NATO) planes based at the Interlink base be attacked?
7. Would Turkey request other NATO members attack wherever the attacking NATO forces came from - carriers or airfields? As you can imagine not many knew the answers.
As of yesterday a workaround has be found to "resolve" the situation.

White House Dismisses Reports Of Turkish Gas Attack In Syria As "Extremely Unlikely"
"According a new Associated Press report a White House official says the US thinks it is "extremely unlikely" Turkey used chemical weapons against Kurds. The comments came late on Saturday following widespread reports which emerged earlier in the day that Turkish forces launched a chemical gas attack on Kurdish militias in the northern Syria village of Aranda on Friday, sending at least six civilians to the hospital. In response, counter-terrorism expert Max Abrams appropriately quipped concerning the White House's hasty excusal of US ally Turkey as a culprit: sounds scientific, right? "
It appears that the LORD may have found another chink in the crusader coalitions armour to exploit.
An example of the false "Rules based institutions and political leadership " of the democratically elected western governments all are expected to adopt.
