Of course: Facebook page calls for boycott of gay businessmen who hosted reception for Ted Cruz; Update: Charity cancels event in protest
Check out this "post from the boycott page, which now has more than 3,000 “likes.” It used to be that many straights viewed gays as so far beneath contempt that they wouldn’t want to shake their hands or invite them into their living rooms. Fifty years of the gay-rights movement has changed that, not universally but enough that the GOP’s leading “true conservative” candidate for president would be willing to attend a campaign reception in a gay businessman’s home. An ironic monument to “progress”
The money quote from the piece:
"Conservative are more likely to accept me as gay, he claimed, than gays are to accept me as conservative."
What's up with that???

^Part of the one way gay tolerance/liberal voice...amazing how thoughtless their politics are. bigot is the first thing out of their lips. In this instance wonder what they are calling the hotel owners?
^^ Fake as hell. The part of the mediate post you left out;
"Cruz spokesman Rick Tyler told The Washington Examiner that they probably should have vetted the venue in advance, and that they wouldn’t have had it there if they had done so: “I would say, knowing what we know now about the setting, I think we would have chosen a different venue.”

Has Seattle's IT circles banned you from posting on any web in the entire state? Wish TD would do us all a favor and ban your ass for life. Singular poster on T.D. from Seattle who has never set foot on Thailands shores. What a joke.

Unreal: LA Union Leaders Who Successfully Backed Raising Minimum Wage To $15 An Hour Now Seek Exemption For Union Workers…
Makes perfect Liberal sense!
Labor leaders, who were among the strongest supporters of the citywide minimum wage increase approved last week by the Los Angeles City Council, are advocating last-minute changes to the law that could create an exemption for companies with unionized workforces.
The push to include an exception to the mandated wage increase for companies that let their employees collectively bargain was the latest unexpected detour as the city nears approval of its landmark legislation to raise the minimum wage to $15 an hour by 2020.
For much of the past eight months, labor activists have argued against special considerations for business owners, such as restaurateurs, who said they would have trouble complying with the mandated pay increase.
But Rusty Hicks, who heads the county Federation of Labor and helps lead the Raise the Wage coalition, said Tuesday night that companies with workers represented by unions should have leeway to negotiate a wage below that mandated by the law.
“With a collective bargaining agreement, a business owner and the employees negotiate an agreement that works for them both. The agreement allows each party to prioritize what is important to them,” Hicks said in a statement. “This provision gives the parties the option, the freedom, to negotiate that agreement. And that is a good thing.”

Which opens the doorway for the Unions excuse's for not negotiating for $15/hr for its members in the first place.Originally Posted by Boon Mee
Secondly, the Union looses its hold on its members once they accept the City's min. wage increase of $15/hr. and the Union boss is out of a job...funny how that works Hairy...
I recall the days when Unions would call a strike and you had to go out. Lasting 6 months and on the return to work your Union had negotiated a whopping .10 cent per hour raise...which you never recovered from since you lost 6 months work and pay...yup I hate the Union. One of the biggest reasons I returned to school. Guess I can thank them for that push eh?
$15/hr. now in L.A. I bet they still cannot find folks willing to flip burgers or clean toilets for that. Welfare state California screwing the tax payers again.
