Call it a Pyrrhic victory then. Obviously Putin knew in advance there would be a heavy economic price to pay- clearly, it was worth it to him and his top echelons.
My hope now is for the killing to cease as soon as possible. Sign a deal Zelensky. Or does Putin want to oust him too?
