It's one person's perspective. Doesn't change my opinion of the fact that Russia contributed to the civilian catastrophe.

So did the USA. So did the ISIS terrorists. So did the "rebels". So did the UAE, so did Qatar and Saudi Arabia, etc etc.

But none of them vetoed UN security council resolutions that would have ended in Assad's isolation and probable ouster.
