Gordon Brown and Tony Blair are both jocks. Can them cretins fcuk off as well?
I think they already have , no way they want to live in the socially engineered shit hole they helped create .
yes BUT, didn't the banks play some part in that.Originally Posted by malcy

anyway if they have the chance to go independent then they may as well go with it.
it's what they always rant on about.
at least they get it out of their system
and if it goes tits-up
then tough
but i don't think it will.
no.10 will make it a brutal divorce though.
SCOTLAND - INDEPENDENCE VOTE
If Scotland gains its independence after the forthcoming referendum, the remainder of the United Kingdom will be known as the "Former United Kingdom" (F.U.K.)
In a bid to discourage Scots from voting yes in the referendum, Lib Dems have now begun a campaign with the slogan: "Please Vote No For FUK's Sake!"
They feel that the voters will be able to relate to this, particularly those in Glasgow.
^.
they've just been told again that 'no way' will they be able to use the £.
Amazing that the SNP have gone so long without having to disclose their plan B
Bad news for the English! We might be stuck with them....
THE Yes campaign’s momentum in the polls has suffered a blow, with a new survey showing only 28 per cent of Scots back independence.
The TNS UK results are well down on a weekend poll in Scotland on Sunday, which put support for Yes at 39 per cent.
The latest poll suggests 30 per cent of Scots remain undecided, while 42 per cent intend to vote No. The results are broadly unchanged from the last TNS poll in January.
The gap between Yes and No does not change when the responses of only those who say they are certain to vote in the September referendum are considered. In that case, 46 per cent back staying in the Union, 32 per cent opt for independence, and the don’t knows fall to 22 per cent.

It would be good if the Scottish Government ministers would answer a single question they are asked on Currency, EU, Oil, Business .
Every question asked is simply returned with the Scottish Government view and no answer to the original question.
Last night Alex Salmond was asked about decreasing oil revenue and got the above type of answer.
I can't remember the last time he actually provided an answer to a question on Independence excluding they're bluffing!
It is not going to be Yes without specific answers to the questions on the issues that concern the Don't Knows .
Scottish Nationalists make the same noises as nationalists the world over. "Victims, downtrodden, robbed, second-class citizens, bullied" and generally badly treated by all and sundry, etc, etc. I am delighted to report that for us south of the Border, English nationalists (Mr Salmond's southern brethren?) are treated as a pitiful joke -- a collection of sad and angry misfits with dodgy racial views. Is there a lesson for Scotland here?
If the EU and English powerhouse want Scotland to remain part of the union, then I am all for Scottish independence.
Some legal experts have opined that the number of incentives promised to Scotland as a reward for voting to preserve the Union are so extensive, that an English public referendum would be needed to ratify them all. (Given the price that England would have to fork out).
Surely all of the UK should be able to vote on this as it affects all of us?
Possibly the most ridiculous statement on this thread.Originally Posted by coolhandluke

it's their decision.
no blame when it all goes tits-up, if it does.
How about we have a separate vote then; the English, Welsh and N.Irish - do we want Scotland or should we exclude them from the union?
It's only fair.
Of course, there will be less to go around.Originally Posted by coolhandluke

Yes, that is fair. But to give you a vote on whether you want Scotland to be an independent country is bollox.Originally Posted by Bettyboo

Lang may yer lum reek...
That's a nice idea; from Europe first please, also from our corrupt political tossers in Westminster and from the banking dynasties, but we would (are) never allowed to...Originally Posted by dirk diggler
