the problems of these homeless are all of their own making.

either they are stupid and arrive without enough funds to house and feed themselves until they find work, or they have no intention whatsoever of finding work and intend to live on benefits.

The EU is the downfall of Europe? Because some Romanians crap on London's streets? Romania is as much Europe as the UK, and with it's great natural beauty, a potential tourism destination that could rival Spain one day. They have resources, inexpensive labour, and a rapidly expanding upper and middle class eager to consume all that stuff offered in that posh London neighbourhood. Obviously a valuable addition to Europe. And let's not blow things out of proportion. There are more Romanian rough sleepers in London than before, but it's a long way from the decay and homelessness in New York or Detroit.
