It is certainly interesting to ponder where the US might be now if we had taken Bush, Cheney and that whole rotten cabal and dumped them on a desert island.

The US can survive if the real conservatives come to their collective senses, and realise that what has been and is being shoved down their throat by the neo-republican party is not conservative at all- it is downright radical, irresponsible, and highly dangerous. When the rich, corporate sector and opinion leaders of a nation show by their actions and policies that they no longer believe in that nation, you got ploblems. So lets argue about lib'ruls instead.

The results of their folly are in black and white. You guys and us guys are living with it. I'm one of the lucky ones- the GFC only cost me around 150-200k or so, so I can still get by without greeting people at walmart. Sho' am glad I stayed out of the USD though.
