The only people that believe she has pneumonia are those who kneel to chew on any dick that appears before them. Her 'sunglasses' have anti-seizure lenses developed by Zeiss and as yet I believe not available over the counter in the US, while the black guy you see on her tail is a medic not secret service. She has been ill for a while, and pneumonia is pretty straightforward to deal with today compared with more serious conditions like epilepsy, MS or whatever she actually has, so if pneumonia or softer it would've been treated earlier.

But nowadays anything goes in politics, all she needs to do is keep up the false front for a chance to win the White House and big bucks, thereafter the GOP will more or less fragment to give the Dems clear sailing over the next few elections.
