Show me a poll that factors in the electoral college?

Presidents have won before with fewer popular votes.

Michael Moore raised a good point about how the rust-belt states might go to Trump.

^ the latest (below) and by the way Moore is doing a good job at making sure the dems come out to vote (by frightening them)

An update on the trump bump. It’s officially over and to never return, again.

    Huffpo,……

    Some other projections.

RCP’s no toss up states projection (270 to win),…..

I do believe Florida will go blue by Nov 8th. Right now Florida sits at 0.3 for trump (with a shitty poll included in the mix).

    538 projection without the noise,……..

and finally our next president and vice president (one extra president pictured),……

Keep your friends close and your enemies closer.

^^ they changed the wording of the Reuters poll as trump was coming ahead. They removed the word neither, and left other. And if you check the same poll usingthe 3 way or 4 way ballot, the one that will be used in the election I assume, then trump and clinton are equal nationally at 37% each, and averaging all the polls trump is ahead nationally.

The greens and the libertarians are hurting the dem vote bad. This is something the lsm never factors when doing their analysis.

Way too early to jump to any conclusions. Need to wait until mid of next week to get the sense of the starting line before the all important last 100 days.

I told you, the debates will be the killer.

If Trump stands on a stage with Clinton and no teleprompter, he'll get eaten alive. They ask actual policy questions.

And if he refuses to debate, he'll get hammered for being a coward.

    Win/Win.

He is going everything possible to avoid them. Now he is bringing in the National Football League..5555

The National Football League said Saturday it did not send a letter to Donald Trump about the timing of the presidential debate schedule, after the GOP nominee claimed the league had.
Asked by ABC News' George George Stephanopoulos in an interview that will air on "This Week" Sunday, Trump said, "I'll tell you what I don't like. It's against two NFL games."
"I got a letter from the NFL saying 'this is ridiculous, why are the debates against' — because the NFL doesn't want to go against the debates because the debates are going to be pretty massive from what I understand," Trump said.
The NFL denied any letter was sent.
"While we would obviously wish the Debate Commission could find another night, we did not send a letter to Mr. Trump," The NFL said in a statement Saturday.
Three presidential debates are scheduled — on Sept. 26, Oct. 9, and Oct. 19, according to the Commission on Presidential Debates.
On Sept. 26 the Falcons and the Saints play a Monday night game. Oct. 9, a Sunday, the Giants and Packers are scheduled to play a night game, according to the NFL.

Trump said in the interview he doesn't think the debates should be held at the same time as NFL games. But he said "I like three debates, I think that's fine. I think it's enough — if somebody said one debate, I'd rather have three. I think they'll be very interesting."
It's the second time this week that Trump has made claims that were either directly or indirectly contradicted by those he said were involved.
Trump on Saturday said on Twitter he "turned down" a meeting with influential conservative donors Charles and David Koch. The brothers have repeatedly rebuffed Trump's efforts to get in their good graces.

^&^^ as usual just the opposite, it's shysterillary that wants to avoid the debates. She is the one with the advantage in the electoral college, trump had nothing to lose. In fact he needs as many people watching as possible.

^As usual you demonstrate your propensity for making up facts out of thin air. The debate schedule was set and agreed to a year ago by an impartial committee of both parties. Trump's beef is that NFL games are scheduled at the same time as two of the three debates. In fact, the same situaltion happened in 2012 and the debates had very high ratings.

^ it's just tactics you ninny. If he can get the dates changed it makes him look good, if he didn't he gets to make the claim they are rigged. The dems set themselves up for this tactic because of what they did to sanders. All these types of antics will boost interest and ratings.

And any discussion on the topic reminds people that the dnc did rig the debates before.

    Its called politics.

You guys are ludicrous, you can't even comprehend basic tactics he deploys, no wonder you get wrong all the time.

If anything, he's setting himself up to spit the dummy and claim he's not doing the debates because of a fucking NFL game.

That will show the independents the yellow streak down his back.

^ i didn't say she rigged these debates I said she wanted to avoid then as they don't really help her that much.

You guys don't even understand by setting high expectations for shillary's performance you are setting her up to fail. All trump had to do is not look too stupid and he wins, as his expectations are so low.

He is winning the debates already and they haven't even started yet, and you are just too dumb to understand.

He's won debates against a load of stupid republicans because none of them had the balls to stand up to him until it was too late.

Trump can't avoid looking stupid when he is asked simple questions.

    Have you not fucking noticed?

You see humpback? Classic deflection as a debating tactic. Sally uses it all the time. Trump deployed the same tactic as a response to that Muslim guys speech, changed the focus to the man's wife.

^It may play with his ignorant base which are rock solid but he is losing Republican support in droves and many independents and undecided voters think he's a idiot when he employs these tactics. He is not fooling everyone.

I had thougt for a while I can understand people vote for Trump just out of anger. He cannot destroy the USA in 4 or even 8 years.

But the argument do you want Trump to select a whole bunch of Supreme Court judges should turn around even the most angry Sanders supporter.

    Deflection?

Clearly it's just waffling because he doesn't know what the nuclear triad is.

And his response to "that Muslim guys speech" was actually:

US Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has responded to criticism from the father of a Muslim US soldier killed in Iraq.
In an impassioned speech at last week's Democratic National Convention, Khizr Khan said Mr Trump had sacrificed "nothing and no-one" for his country.
Mr Trump said he had made "a lot of sacrifices" by creating jobs.
    "Sacrificed" by creating jobs?

With the amount of foreign labour he's used, he's most likely destroyed American jobs - and he certainly has by driving small businesses to the wall by not paying them what they are owed.

He's a moron and a bullshitter. Clinton must be itching to get the idiot one on one in a debate.

Oh yes, and he's a draft dodging coward let's not forget.

"Maybe she wasn't allowed to have anything to say, you tell me," he said.

A rather ham fisted attack on Muslims. The inference being that Muslim women are chattel of their husbands.

"By Saturday afternoon Trump's comparison of his own sacrifices to Khan's had blown up to blew on Twitter into a hashtag, #TrumpSacrifices. Users wrote satirically that the candidate had, among other things, been subjected to such hardships as flying commercial, playing golf on a public course and staying at a three-star hotel."

Khan continues to make Trump look the Chump.

Responding to Trump’s latest statement, Khan said, “This is faked empathy.”

“What he said originally — that defines him . . . People are upset with him. He realizes, and his advisers feel that [his original statement] was a stupid mistake. That proves that this person is void of empathy. He is unfit for the stewardship of this great country. You think he will empathize with this country, with the suffering of this country’s poor people? He showed his true colors when he disrespected this country’s most honorable mother… all the snake oil he is selling, and my patriotic, decent Americans are falling for that. Republicans are falling for that. And I can only appeal to them. Reconsider. Repudiate. It’s a moral obligation. A person void of empathy for the people he wishes to lead cannot be trusted with that leadership. To vote is a trust. And it cannot be placed in wrong hands.”

In response to Trump’s attack on his wife, Khan said the Republican nominee’s words were “typical of a person without a soul.”

Khan said his wife didn’t speak because she breaks down when she sees her son’s photograph — a huge one of which was projected onto a screen behind the stage at the convention.

“Emotionally and physically — she just couldn’t even stand there, and when we left, as soon as we got off camera, she just broke down. And the people inside, the staff, were holding her, consoling her. She was just totally emotionally spent. Only those parents that have lost their son or daughter could imagine the pain that such a memory causes. Especially when a tribute is being paid. I was holding myself together, because one of us had to be strong. Normally, she is the stronger one. But in the matter of Humayun, she just breaks down any time anyone mentions it.”

Khan said he asked his wife whether she wanted to address the convention.

“I asked her, ‘Do you want to say something? Thank you? We are glad?’” Khan said. “She said, ‘You know what will happen. I will sob.’ Would any mother be able to utter a word under those circumstances?”
    Shame on you Chump.
