    U.S. Code Title 18, Section 2017
    Title 18. Section 2071
So Much Wrong and So Few Seem to Care – Try to define RIGHT or Wrong in this day and age.
Definition – right or wrong is only rewarded or punished depending on who is granted the recognition for the deed.
Word for word from the Cornell Law Library
Former United States Attorney General Michael Mukasey tells MSNBC that not only is Hillary Clinton's private email server illegal, it "disqualifies" her from holding any federal office.
Such as, say, President of the United States. Very specifically points to one federal law, Title 18. Section 2071.

For those of us who do not have United States Code committed to memory, here's what it says:
“(a) Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.
    (b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term “office” does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.”
Yes, it explicitly states "shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States."

Shouldn't voters know that? The media won't tell them. So it's up to us. Can you help hold Hillary accountable? Pass this on, please.
Now !! Does anyone believe that this will make a difference ??
    just a note!
Now if Hillary is allowed to run for an office of any kind, it will show us that the Washington D.C. establishment is so much more corrupt than we thought.
My thoughts are that's clearly another of your email FWDs or blog cut 'n pastes, long on hyperbole and mis/dis-information, that you've unquestionably regurgitated - therefore playing your part in the Right-wing Echo Chamber - and that it has no place whatsoever in reasoned and rational debate on the actual real issues.

Where is her illness these days? She seems to have entered into an extended period of convalescence, since winning the rigged primary.

You haven't noticed that Trump's gone quiet then?

Hillary has four events scheduled before his next one.

You really aren't very bright are you?

Yeah and he's feeling the heat, because Hillary's doing four events before he does his next one, and that's only a presser.

I don't think he can hack it.

^He's desperate for money. Clinton is spending millions on ads portraying him as a madman. Hardly any significant Republicans are out there defending him only his robotic, paid surrogates. He will probably have a stroke before long.

Even here nothing about Shitlery, its all about trump, all of the time. Trump's holding huge rallies and always in the media, she is making a couple of speeches in dusty little rooms; she has vanished from sight. Sad.

No doubt but even though Trump has been partially responsible for bringing out a record number of GOP primary voters the question is, will all GOP primary voters vote Trump in the general election? At the moment appears not. The never Trump movement is strong in the GOP. With only 90 days until the election coupled chaos within Trump's campaign very unlikely things will change. Assuming Sanders brings his supporters to Clinton, she will win in a landslide.

That should never be underestimated in the best of times. Remember Ronald Reagan. But Americans also hate a blow hard and there's enough smart ones to overcome this guy.

I stand corrected. Should have said 120 days.
Still not enough time to raise the money needed and get a winning ground operation in place.

Saw Trump claiming on TV he has spent $10 mil of his own money on the campaign. Another lie. He loaned the money to the campaign. Assuming the GOP doesn't figure a way to get Trump out of the game, he will make damn sure he raises and keeps enough in the campaign war chest to recoup his loan.

^ well its actually 150 days. And during the primaries he lent, I dont know, 20-30 million dollars to his campaign during the primaries and the he declared that it would not have to be paid back quite some time ago.

I think you guys are utterly obsessed with him, way more than I am, and I actually want him to win.

I bring up crapillary and all you guys want to do is talk trump.

He lives rent free in all your heads.

You're right this is the Hillary thread.

Maybe we should put it in terms you understand:

    ELECTORAL VOTES
    Hillary Clinton 334
    Donald Trump 204
    Clinton +130

    POPULAR VOTE
    Hillary Clinton 51.7%
    Donald Trump 45.3%
    Clinton +6.4%

    MARGIN FROM 2012
    Electoral Votes: DEM +4
    Popular Vote: DEM +2.6%

Or perhaps you'd prefer any of these.

In fact I can't find any projection that doesn't have Clinton kicking the Chump's arse.
