The lawsuit, filed by Larry Klayman of Freedom Watch, includes a legal request to have the Florida judge seize the private server on which Hillary Clinton and her aides hosted their emails while she served as secretary of state. …

The racketeering, influenced and corrupt organizations, or RICO, case alleges the former first couple and their family philanthropy traded political favors for donations or generous speaking fees for Bill Clinton while his wife was the nation’s chief diplomat.

“Negotiations by email about influencing U.S. foreign policy or U.S. Government actions to benefit donors to … The Clinton Foundation or sponsors of speaking engagements would not be captured on a U.S. Government email account because her emails would not be with a U.S. Government official,” Klayman said in court documents obtained by the Washington Examiner.

“Hillary Clinton deleted 32,000 email messages from her email server that included her communications arranging, negotiating, and agreeing upon speaking engagements by Bill Clinton in return for large speaking fees and donations to The Clinton Foundation,” the documents, dated May 20, said.

Discredited Conspiracy Theorist Larry Klayman Is Behind Lawsuit Wildly Accusing Clinton Of Racketeering

Larry Klayman, a conspiracy theorist and WND columnist who has been at the margins of the conservative movement for decades, is behind a dubious lawsuit accusing Hillary Clinton of racketeering. Klayman is utterly lacking in credibility, having filed numerous far-fetched lawsuits targeting the Clintons over the years. He has also repeatedly suggested the Clintons "orchestrated the murders of several of their associates in the 1990s."

According to The Hill, Klayman has filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, accusing Hillary Clinton of using her private emails "to sell access to other officials in return for donations to the Clinton Foundation."

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit has already rejected a motion by Klayman to hold Clinton in contempt of court for not providing her emails in response "to a request seeking information on leaks about U.S. use of computer worms and viruses to set back Iran's nuclear program," according to Politico.

While The Hill notes that Klayman "launched dozens of lawsuits against former President Bill Clinton's administration," the paper leaves out the relevant context that he is a discredited conspiracy theorist.

Klayman is the founder and head of Freedom Watch. He also previously led the conservative group Judicial Watch. In his capacity as a "legal crusader," the Washington Post described his "record in public interest cases" as "incalculably terrible."

In the 1990s, Klayman reportedly filed at least 18 lawsuits against the Clinton administration, accusing them of various conspiracies, and has filed "hundreds of lawsuits against federal agencies, White House officials, Cabinet secretaries, judges, journalists, former colleagues, foreign governments, dictators, presidents," his own mother, and The Washington Post.

The Week explained in 2013 that Klayman, "implied the Clintons orchestrated the murders of several of their associates in the 1990s, a prime reason he has argued Hillary is unfit to be president."

As reported by The Washington Post, in 2014, Klayman premised a lawsuit on the concept that "The Ebola virus is secretly a biological weapon allowed into the country by the Obama administration to further terrorist interests against Americans of the 'Caucasian race and Jewish-Christian religion.'" Klayman described President Obama in a lawsuit as "not even a naturalized U.S. citizen and thus is in the United States illegally," and described Obama's birth certificate as a "fraud." In order "to maintain the confidence of the American people and for the benefit of the country's democratic system," Klayman subsequently petitioned the government to "initiate removal and deportation proceedings" against the president. Klayman has referred to President Obama as "mullah in chief" and accused "Obama and his Muslim friends" of "literally 'making love' with each other." He called Obama "our first 'Muslim' president" who "has joined with Palestinians to now knock off Israel."

In a 2013 protest at the White House, Klayman told the audience that President Obama should "put the Quran down," "get up off his knees" and "come out with his hands up."

A month later, Klayman held the "Second American Revolution" rally in Lafayette Park across from the White House, which sought to force the resignation of President Obama and other top Congressional leaders.

Klayman was at one point barred from practicing law in New York City, because he suggested that an Asian-American judge was unable to rule impartially in a case due to his race.

Because it hasn’t gotten serious play with regard to Jeffrey Epstein and Hillary Clinton.

Laughing About Child Rape. What would the media’s reaction be to revelations that Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL)81%

Targeting Victims of Sexual Assault. What if Carly Fiorina’s husband, Frank, had been accused of rape, sexual assault, and been convicted of perjury? What if Carly had done her best to slander all the women who made the accusations? Bill Clinton allegedly sexually harassed Paula Jones, allegedly sexually assaulted Eileen Wellstone and Kathleen Willey and Cristy Zercher, allegedly raped Juanita Broaddrick. When any such allegations hit the press, Hillary went into full attack mode against the women. She attacked Gennifer Flowers, with whom Bill had an affair, as “trailer trash,” Monica Lewinsky as a “narcissistc looney toon,” and targeted Willey, who later said, “She is the war on women, as far as I’m concerned, because with every woman that she’s found out about…she’s orchestrated a terror campaign against every one of these women, including me.” Broaddrick has claimed Hillary threatened her two weeks after she claimed rape.
