She was probably standing in a studio with a photo of it projected behind her. News teams regularly use stock photos as backgrounds for their reports. They do it for convenience.... to save time, money and energy.

Ermm It's also being overlooked that even live reports also have a time delay for purposes of dropping improper language or other intrusions such as nasty photo bombers et al making certain inappropriate gestures ( ) as just one example.
