Steel remains as steel, it can slump, melt, expand but it still stays a ferrous material.
You don't know diddly squat about firefighting or fires, you've demonstrated that time and again.
And no, heat does NOT dissipate downwards along steel girders as quickly as it goes upwards, as you've claimed once before.
