Yes, the engine likely flew there inless it was placed there, which I doubt.
Planes crash all over the place and many into buildings, such as at the WTC, apparently.
The trouble is, no plane crashed into the Pentagon.
The Pentagon was undergoing renovations at the time, and no airliner or anything much larger than the width of a doorway flew into there.
As proven by seismographic records, there was no plane crash.
