How do I keep track of Threads

I am having a difficult time keeping track of threads that I have contributed too.

Once I post a contribution to the thread, when someone quotes and replies to my comments etc.

I had the email notification switch on, but it quickly got too cumbersome receiving emails and then returning to the site.

Let alone in the future when maybe contributing to a couple of dozen threads, the emails would fill up my inbox.

So how are you guy's keeping up with what is written, replied too.

    Thanks

OR. Any thread you reply to should by default set up a subscription to that thread (If not, it's easy enough to make it so). Go to User control panel and any threads you have subscribed to that have replies will show up there, there's a "View all Subscribed Threads" link near the bottom of the list where you can view 'em all or even remove subscriptions.
