go to your user cp, then click on upload avatar or some such.

software might well resize it automatically for you.

yes, nice AV Penelope, welcome to the TD group of misfits and miscreants.. I think it might size up ok when you upload it...

Already getting quite comfy with "DD" I see, it usually takes most newbies quite some time before they refer to him as DD, I know it did for me..
