Thread: Hello!

Better late than never.(maybe!?)

Realise next month I`ll have been a member for a year
so about time I said Hello.

Enjoy reading on here,never got around to posting so
now I`ll bore you for a minute or 2.

From England,been visiting Thailand for 7years.
Really need to see a bit more of it though.

So far only been to Bangkok,Changmai, Koh Samet and Pattaya, spending most of my Thailand time in the latter,was there for 3 months earlier this year.

Loved the scenery at Changmai(did a day trip through a National Park and up to a Mountain Peak,the name escapes me for now),enjoyed Koh Samet,got confused by Bangkok and am happy when in Pattaya.

Stayed at naklua last 2 visits,prefer staying there than central and south Pattaya.

That`s it for now.

That sounds right.
I stayed at a hotel quite near to a Market Place(Night Market maybe).
A thai approached me offering a taxi service.
One day went to a snake farm and elephant farm,touristy
I guess but enjoyed it anyway, the next day went to
what I`m sure now is doi inthanon.
About 2 hours drive,some great scenery on the way and some steep roads.
Rather misty at the peak but a lovely view.

Currently Hertfordshire,spent most of my life between there and Bedfordshire, Home Counties.

Bit dis-illusioned with life in UK but that`s another story.

Not far away ,spent about 20 years in Leighton Buzzard before moving away last year, now not far from
Hitchin Herts.
You`re near to Bedford then,been there a few times.
