Yes, the other place is just too UK-centric, in my opinion!
Maybe it's just me, but It seemed to me that TV was always filled with posts like, "Back in the UK" this...or "When I was in the UK" that.......or , " I once saw Pip, Stella, and Miss Haversham down at my local having a pint, while watching a Wileshireford / Chatham footy match on the telly .. ", etc ......It's like there was no other English - speaking country in the world relating to Thailand over there.... And if you bring that fact up, the constant, but subtle anti-American bias came out in the open.... Is that the case here?

( Don't get me wrong, I do like Great Britain, after all, they gave us great things, like Mary Poppins, Harry Potter, and Doctor Who... )

Not to make you paranoid or anything, but I think you'll find that subtle bias pretty much everywhere if you look hard enough.
