Thread: Hello From Sanpatong....

Hello Teak Door,
My name is Jim. I am an American living in the Sanpatong country area south of Chiang Mai...I am married to a beautiful Thai lady and enjoying retirement here in Thailand.
This is really my first time as a member of the Teak Door. I like to participate in forums if the topics are worthwhile.
My wife and I run a Homestay with 2 houses for rent for those that want inexpensive living and quiet. I will be posting this in other rooms.
I am looking forward to communicate with others here and am always open to chatter about most subjects.

I have 2 houses available now for rent....Rustic, fully furnished with yards for gardens and hanging out. No dogs at all please....
Markets around including the huge Saturday Market.
Rent for each house.....3000 baht plus utilities per month....
We rent by month or by year...
These houses will not last at these prices...

I will post pics....(not of my wife).....if someone can direct me to how I do that...I just joined here and I have seen nothing anywhere here to add pictures...
