I'm going to say it's a 1950ish International Harvester L110 that has been repowered with an SBC.

Close enough. It's an IH 100. I don't think it was a sbc in there though. Looked bigger but not a big block.

My father had an IH AS110 as a farm truck. It was the vehicle I learnt to drive when I was about 12. I still have it.
