Thanks. I recommend the Anki software they've made flashcards for - I use it and find it fantastic.

yes, ive just downloaded it and some flashcards, it really is helpful and excellent.

It's more pratical to absorb/learn drunken Thai vernacular.
It's a language of it's own.....and almost gauranteed in any neighborhood of your choice.

Alcohol definitely improves my Thai for the short term...at least I think so.

A bit of a side question, but does anyone know any blogs that are written in both Thai and English? If it's directly translated that'd be best...or even if it's just some posts in Thai and some posts in English.

I prefer blogs as they are more natural sounding than textbook Thai.

It's got the basic advice for guys looking for Thai dating in English, and the basic advice for Thai girls looking for farang dudes in Thai.

I'd like a blog with more topics, however...I'm sure it's out there, but it seems really difficult to find with a mix of Thai and English. If anyone comes across something, please let me know!
