How to start a New Thread in Construction in Thailand

I've just joined, live in BKK and need to post a question in the Construction in Thailand section but it says:
"emanphoto, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."
So I made 5 posts in the newbie section and still no joy. what do i have to do to be able to start a new thread? My septic system question can't wait!

Thanks BaitonBoy but seriously, how many posts do I have to make? Is there a page with these rules? I searched for specifics about this and found nothing in the FAQ. I've got a wife, a house under construction and a business to take care of. I just want to post a construction question about an important issue (for me anyway) and try to get some answers.

Maybe just try asking your question in the Teakdoor Lounge or some other general place and people can direct you from there...It's late now, so maybe have better response in the morning...

Not many, my friend, 5 or 10, just have a few comments on other construction threads; ask a few wquestions, etc, and you will be there...

This is a forum that supports folks that support the forum, it's not set up to dip in and take without adding something; why would it be???

Aye, it is late. I'm off to Ayuthaya tomorrow so i'll have to try and follow up from my phone. I live here and need advice as any expats here do, so it's not likely I'd be a hit n run.
