how many posts do i need or what are rules concerning posting pics, funny's etc. because it says i can't post attachments and i want to know why not???

No attachments for anyone, except a few who have permission to post video clips.
You'll have to use the gallery or an online pic service to link from.
-meaning upload your pics there first, TD gallery is located on the upper bar, 5th from the left.
