Never the case, Francis. Once every 24 hours -- if I've spread enough -- just like everyone else.

Can we assume this "glitch" wasn't with the system, but rather certain posters?

I'd still like to know more about the 'glitch' that has left me unable to repo certain posters I had repoed more than 10 but less than 20 repos ago, when from two days to two years ago it was not a problem.

Unless there's some other explanation, if the settings have not been changed they sure seem to have.

I thought keda's post above was a good post, so tried to green him just now.
No can do. Haven't been able to green certain posters in three or four days, despite dishing out dozens of greens to others.

If you repo someone one minute before the 24-hour limit, and then just after the new day rolls, somewhere in the US, you can hit someone twice within a few minutes. But then not again until the next 24 hour clock starts.

OK should we assume then, that some posters are handicapped?

Edit - I've just tried to green ItsRobsLife for a piccie in members & it told me I had to spread the love. The last time I greened him was on Friday (I happen to remember what for). Since then I've been out of repo twice for supposedly using up all my repos. How did I use up all my repos twice, but still not spread enough around to green a particular member again? And how do some people manage to give 2 reds to the same member in a matter of mins (I don't mean just time, I mean the number of people you're supposed to hit in between)?

Ya, I wanna complain. Got no ammo and only gave out a few greenies over the last day. 20 a day? Huh? I go to newbies and dish out a few greenberries and zap my repo arsenal is gone. I demand justice or a cupcake or something.

And, sometimes I can do other stuff for an hour, come back and I'm still logged on. Others, I'm reading stuff on the board for five mos and I gotta reregister.

Basically, one of the forum software updates seems to have changed a few of the repo parameters, as well as (as someone pointed out earlier) this forum is hosted in the US, so the 24 hours is reset on Texas time not Thai time.
