Bought some scholl inserts today, expensive but seem to be working.

Along with some foot stretches and ibuprofen.

Is it due to continually wearing flip flops or high heels? I do remember Luigi mentioning his insteps hurt after a decade of wearing flip flops and then purchasing some height cancelling Skechers to see eye to eye with Thais and monitor lizards in his local park.

I also remember his mention of never wearing any underpants for a decade too which led to him developing some Gambian genital flesh-eating superbug.

I remember when i returned after 12 years of flop flip wearing how strange it felt
wearing shoes every day, walking more than a km a day was a real strain on the feet and leg muscles.

I still wear my flips in bed.

Love it, the shame is all the African sistas in Nana were STI clean until uncle luigi bounced them on his knee.

Sorry, I didn't see your post earlier. The Podiatrist told me the cause of my Plantar's condition was high arches. He also claimed the DR Scholl's pads and etc were the worst thing I could do to combat it. I didn't want any invasive procedures done to address it. I've been free of if's pain for over 10 years now.

Sorry I'm not qualified to talk about Luigi's situation.

No one was supposed to know about the high heels thing.
