Yesterday did a Bodyflow one hour class - a mix of pilates, yoga and Tai Chi.

Today biked 25 km's. First weekend with the bike. Joined a new gym recently, closer to my new pad. Life is good.

^Thanks, well I have lost about 15 lbs, but I'm now not going just by scale, inches are important.
I was off track more than I have liked since January mostly due to a lot of life stress. I got really sick, then had to find a place to move, and then had to move. Anyway, I'm over the worst of it, and hope to really get it moving this spring/summer.
I have a personal trainer now as well, so this should be interesting.
Tai Chi early morning.
Then a monster sesh for the big man.
1hr 40 mins of:
Stretching
Exercise bike 12 km
10 sets of dumbbell tricep raises and shoulder presses while on the bike, 1 set every Km starting at the 2nd km, 10 sets in total.
Into the home gym, ab crunches with weights and bench presses, 8 sets.
Booyakasha.

Me patented exercise bike on verandah with dumbbells be the best thing ever.
Pedal along, and at the start of every km bang out a set of bicep curls then trap raises (arms and back day)
Tricep raises and shoulder presses on chest and shoulders day.

Got a few heartrate warnings when in the zone.
A lil 10km sprint after gardening, including 10 sets of biceps and traps.
Then into the gym for ab crunches and lat pulldowns. Done, and done. Whattafeeling.
