2 hour hike in Gatineau Park, hard hike up steep stairs.

25 pounds down, feeling great, lighter and limber.

    .
Going up is hard but rewarding.

However, coming down is torture (we can apply that to more than hiking in life as well ).

^I guess, depending on what you are talking about.

I find going up stairs much harder. My knees are stronger and doing great and I can go down faster than up.
I've been practicing. I live on the 22nd floor and I've been going up and down the stairs for exercise. I did 84 steps a few days ago just for fun. lol.

Like a penguin in bondage I'm fuck it bound, I know it's not considered a real workout, but I'll do my best, luckily The Nag Her Simonviewed Motel doesn't have those dwarf IKEA pencils and pads for rating performance.

A schneaky litttle bit of pointe de brie added to the post warm-up intake.

Stopped off for a wee bottle of Coco Max and was standing there in me lycra and an office girl on a scoopy said hello and asked if I'd be interested in exchanging languages with her.

    Would be rude not to.

After that nice start to the day.

    Afternoon: fight training.

    Evening: Triple E yoga.

Jogging girl that I met in the park, spent 20 minutes jogging and chatting with, while giving her Covid, before she had to take a week off work, didn't seem to hold a grudge.

Met up for a few laps of running, but as the time suggests just spent it chatting and having a laugh, more than running.

Taking a 40 minute break for arty coffee n croissants doesn't really help.

Pool time after, but we didn't exactly going hell-for Mendy in it.

20-30km 'ycle before dinner I recks.

Keep practicing and you'll get there.

Forty-two lengths every single morning, pretty much.

6am today... up down, up down.

It's become quite the occasion and everyone comes out to watch.

I'm feeling so much benefit from my new health regime that I've decided to include all the family.

    Yes, and first up, Yogi.

Puppy steps of course and at first we concentrated on the basics... standing and sitting on the treadmill.

Everyone wants their turn but Yogi is committed to his workout routine.

    Yeah... go Yogi!

^ That's not dust, it's just general exercise deposits.

And besides, I'm concentrating on swimming just now.
