Time for this important thread for us Brits on sausages in Thailand, I should add here for the Americans, sausages are grilled or fried, those things you boil or microwave are hot dogs, they maybe sausage shaped, but they are not sausages.
Pattaya I reckon we got at least 10 farang butchers making sausages, German and English, I got to admit I have never bought any German sausages although have eaten them in restaurants, I like English sausages though.
Anyway today down Tesco I saw these bacon and cheese sausages, think they were 70baht for a pack of 5, damn they are good, made by S&P which I think is the company that makes cakes.
Not sure why there is 5 as nobody ever eats just one sausage, there should be 2 warnings on the back of the packet, an obvious health warning and a danger warning, as they cook the skin breaks slightly and molten cheese spurts out like molten lave with similar effects to what napalm probably does to you, maybe don't cook these shirtless would be a good idea, anyway pretty damn good.
