OK I know this is a old thread but it needs a kick start.
Went out today & came back with Kenwood Pro 1400 meat grinder sausage maker.
Also picked some pork casing from Makro a pack 900 gram.

Now I have a question how much meat would it take to fill that 1 pack.
I know how long is a peace of string.
Tomorrow I will start a sausage Company so be looking for a catchy name 555

For a catchy name, Dirty Dogs would probably work.

Looks good. Where did you get the Kenwood? I've looked on Lazada, and they have some machines though unbranded.

FYI, maybe need to look at relocating the extension block if lashing water around in bare feet.

OK finished the taste test, to spicy for me.
    So the dog likes them.
Yesterday make a second batch this time the Kenwood worked better & I reduced the spices by half

So today was the taste test, now thats more like a Breakfast sausage.
Tomorrow I post what spices I used & quanity.

The first time I mixed 8kgs the dogs happy
    .
This time only 1.5kgs this was more easy to get it right before going for a big batch.

    Sausage Maker/Grinder

Hi, Would somebody please let me know where I can buy a meal mincer? Have the Tequila Sunrise Bar and I am looking to do my own sausages. The minced pork available seems to be to course.
I have the sausage filling machine and casings already.

Many thanks for any help. Tony

If, as it appears, you are standing on the table and the sausages are on the floor, then those are some bigly sausages.

Got a feeling he's in Jomtien, just past the D Varee hotel (soi 13ish).

I would pop my head into Yorkies the butcher around the corner and see if he can point you in the right direction.

I like the way you are standing next to an extension cord with water near by. You really like to live dangerously don't you?

Nice looking sausages, by the way.
