To my knowledge, I've never eaten Rodent*. When I used to raise snakes, I'd have several bags of frozen rats and mice on hand for them. To feed, all need be done is to thaw in a microwave oven. Sometimes not judging proper moisture content vs. time, I would 'cook' a smaller appendage of one of the food items. It actually smelled quite good, but my snakes came first before I fed myself.

I just thought of another 'Western woman' bashing justification - they seemed to be turned off by rats in my freezer. A Thai Lady thinks all this is just normal.

* The beaver I've eaten doesn't count as being Rodentia.
