    Victoria (Central World)

    ...a branch of the bistro in EmQuartier...I enjoyed the French onion soup though it lacked the expected zing of a tangy broth. SD had the special hamburger and fries while I had a salade Nicoise. Nothing special, but all was well-prepared and efficiently served. For dessert: a tea set of mini goodies to sample what's on offer. I had 2 glasses of a very nice Cote du Rhone to accompany...
