Nice models, food doesn't look too bad but I would reserve final judgement upon tasting.

^Remnant lasagne with extra grated cheese is the dog's Christmas baubles Bonesy

During the 3 hour power outage tonight I dug out my gas camping stove to heat my back-to-basics blokes camping chilli beans for cheesy bean dip in the dark

But then just as I finished my candle-lit bubbly the Lord said unto the meek Let there be Light and lo the Shepherds were blessed so I ended up having an oven cooked pizza instead

    Pleb!

That is a remnant half wheel of finest Triple Cream Brie

Salvaged from a blustery beach picnic last week

The white rind was still covered in a light dusting of sand, which fortunately came of using a toothbrush (Top Tip!)

Hot dogs with a side order of raw steak, snubbles will.be well impressed

    Not bad for £3.25.
Added a few more veggies, a packet of microwaved basmati rice and some peanuts coz they'd ran out of cashew nuts.

    Very nice...

^ i'm a bit sad about peanuts, especially dry roasted. I used like them fried with red onions and sprinkled on my steak - had to cut it out as i'm getting older.

Nothing wrong with red onions, I put extra into my stir fry.

Nuts are good for you as you get older, a guaranteed regular turn out in the morning.

Check with Nurse Gladys Emanuel on that, i may be wrong but i can pretty much say if you try tea bagging first thing in the morning before she's had her coffee you may be in for a surprise.

^ It tastes much better when your Mrs makes it and you don't even have to get off the sofa for victuals.

A gentleman's evening selection to oven-cook by itself while imbibing a refresher

Plated up and drizzled with a splash of Kiev garlic butter to give it a dash of nouvelle cuisine presentation flair
