Cooked up a nice corned beef and cabbage dinner couple days ago. Used left overs to make corned beef hash. Simular to pyttipanna Yankee style.

Picked up a nice large corned beef from our old friend Timber on last trip to Bangkok.

He works for Central group now. Runs the Central food kitchen 7th floor of Central World. Pay him a visit. Great place to eat.
