Did anyone read the thread "75 students rushed to Chiangmai hospitals suffering from food poisoning"?
From that thread
Chiang Mai health official Dr Wattana Kanchanamol said lab tests confirmed that the diarrhoea had been caused by a strain of Salmonella bacteria, which is drug resistant because of antibiotics mixed in chicken feed. The bacteria, living on fowl faeces, contaminated the eggs, he explained.
Wattana said the donor family had boiled the eggs on Friday and Saturday but instead of refrigerating them, they had stored them on egg trays.
Does anyone need their eggs fertilized?
Just askin'

Second time today someone burned my eyeballs with a photo of that woman.
Y'all stop that.
^ it is in another thread somewhere on the board - thread title is along the lines of "My eyes! My eyes! - I will never see again"......
55555555 Thanks for the laugh, Y'All.
If I bought them in the market or collected them from the garden then pantry (or equivalent). If they came from a fridge...then I store them in a fridge until 1/2 hour before use.
Main thing is that if they are used for anything but hard boiled or cakes then they are fresh. Hard boiled (for salads etc) are better off being a week old...(go from horizontal to vertical when immersed in water)...and same with cakes and creme brulee etc. Any egg that starts to float when immersed needs to be thrown at nearest Party Member (of your choice)....
IMO anyway.....
I went for scrambled this morning with some bacon on toast.
Looks good,
How did it taste?
Bloody good.
^^^Add a little cheese and it would fit right into the Pizza thread
A century for the 2 month old egg thread.
I thought it was smelling bad by the start of page 3.
