Nice, we got ours from a Thai couple who have a farm with Avacados & Durian, they don't seem to have taken shade precautions and they seem to produce well so we'll see and good luck with yours too. That hedge is a monster, are you sure it was wise in the longer term? i suppose you can always pay someone and supervise later in life
