Took a group of company co-workers from Scotland to the oldest running cafe in the Idaho, the Snake Pit, an old roadhouse on the Coeur d'Alene River a few decades back and they were loving the Rocky Mountain oysters as appetizers. One of them finally asked what they were. Initially they were aghast but we ordered a second round!
