It's not so hard to believe, after all girls are talked into becoming go-go dancers every single day, and if they are not well versed in the ways of the girlie bars - and frankly not many young women are - they might very well believe that they will make lots of $$$ and not work as prostitutes.

Of course the bar-dwellers here know the deal, heck even I know the deal despite less than extensive experience, it's not rocket science if you are here for a while.
