Think of the stigma attached when you are caught though madness, your friends would shun you, scampy would tell everyone that would listen what a cnut you are, so is it really worth it? Although, there are some good prizes

Mea culpa -- didn't see why that should matter if it's linked to a different storage site and not sucking up space on your server. But as you say, rules is rules.

It's most unpleasant to hear some opine that the image was pilfered from another web site. I realize I'm new here and have not established any credibility or reputation. Still, a puzzling way to treat a new comer.

Ironically, when I did the trip to Myanmar earlier this year and came up with about 100 pretty good pictures (out of 1800 shots) I was going to post them on TeakDoor. But I had no post count at the time and rather than create 5 meaningless posts (that seemed to me a slightly unethical bending of your rules), I put them up somewhere else.

So anyway, I hereby repudiate the first posting of my balloon shot and wish to submit this nearly identical (and appropriately sized) version in its stead. In doing so I affirm and attest that the image is my own original work.

I shall be in Pattaya the first week of September. If there be anyone who doubts it is my work I will have with me the original RAW and JPG images as they came from my camera available for your inspection. Then, being the decent sort of person that I'm sure you are, you can buy me drink as a gesture of good will.
