^ I hope they supply laughing gas, and plenty fokin' of it.
Having gone through extractions both with and without it, I would never do it again without it.

Thinking about that. Sounds like a plan. But today I will just be full of Novocain I am pretty sure. Argh!!! This will be my second extraction in my life. The first was not as bad as I thought it would be. But the idea of a root canal sends my BP through the roof I am sure....
As long as you don't wake up with a new nose and skin tone it's all good.
Waking up is not the problem, not waking up is.
It is. I was given propofol for a colonoscopy that I had as part of a major medical checkup at 65. Good stuff. I woke up thinking I was still waiting for the procedure to start.
Start the treatment on Saturday booked up until then. Gonna go try and scout out some painkillers for tonight and Friday night.
One is coming out on Saturday, the other he is going to use some treatment of deep cleansing and injecting a healing compound in the tooth. Funny the one coming out hurts less than the one going to be treated. He gave me some painkillers to last until Saturday. One time for the extraction and 3 for the injections and cleaning. Got his personal guarantee that it will be painless. Pretty high tech little clinic in Don. Surprised they use a computerized CT scan for the xray.
There aint nuthin like a root canal.
Extractions are a cakewalk in comparison.
Best orthodontist I ever went to is on Rama IX.
Took weeks, but man she was thorough.
Still got her number.
And email.
And line.![]()
its not. The dentist couple who run it have been insurance clients of my wife for over 20 years. They understand my
irrational fear.
SK took his wife down to Reno for a little gambling fun and called this morning. He actually convinced me to go in by saying his dentist when he lived in Pattaya was so good that he actually fell asleep during a root canal.![]()

I think i"m going to throw up.
COVID is now well and truly in the workplace. Hope everyone is gonna be okay, the lady behind me had major surgery due to TB, nobody is amused that she was forced to come to work-with a pre-existing condition like that she should have been allowed to work from home.
Covid is getting me down big time...
We were vaccinated too late to enjoy the summer and I have loads of holiday left to enjoy the winter instead. However, we still can't get to our own home in Thailand because of the silly fortnight quarantine rules. That has got to change before we book anything. As for the fit to fly medical certificate...wtf is that supposed to prove.
Still can't get to the UK without having to pay silly money for unnecessary PCR tests...bunch of thieves that even the government call scammers.
At least the nieces with Covid have recovered now and staying safe back n the village.
Grand niece is still very, very, ill. Still no idea what problems she has. She may be going to Khon Kaen soon. They sent her home for a week while they decide on what to do but it isn't looking good. She has now had 5 operations and scans show infection of the lungs and liver.
Extremely sorry to hear that the mite is ill Troy, nothing worse than children being ill or succumbing so young. I does however i think put into perspective our own travails or lack of travels, i too have missed travel opportunities and family occasions but i am reasonably well and for that i am thankful. Chin up, things will improve.
Yes, I hope your niece has a speedy recovery Troy.
I wish this f‘ing weather would cool down a bit.
I wish this cool weather would warm up a bit. Winter's last gasp here.
