Not the easiest post to work through here Ice, who, in a non revealing way is he? You begin with 'some males' and end with 'he likes'! Someone I was seeing.

Some males, some females, some parents, some lovers/spouses and even some perfect strangers like to take a variety of stresses on females.
There are also other victims of this form of abuse. A real shame really.


There are lots of reasons as to why those people feel they need to hurt/annoy/degrade others to make themselves feel better.
Sometimes it's hatred, sometimes the sense of superior power (bullying) and sometimes it's actually a deranged plea for help or sympathy from those that they love. Yes it seems like bullying. Other words he likes to use are "Stupid teenager" and "Nieve, gullible girl"

Psychology 101 says "when confronted with a unacceptable behavior pattern by a close friend/family member being direct and telling them what they are doing has a good chance of ending the behavior quickly.
Taking this line is better than arguing. He dosen't like to listen to me. I remember that topic coming up in Psychology at college.

Try something like this "Hey you always start this shit on me when you've had a bad day at work. Wouldn't you rather discuss the problem with me?" I'll bear that in mind if this behaviour ever happens again.
