I have an American friend who practices law here in a Thai firm. But I hesitate to recommend him because he has been described by others as the biggest asshole in Thailand.
That could be an asett to a lawyer..
^^^another reason to realease Ant.
Ant could use miggins as his "runner", so best release him too.
Sorry I can't help you Rigger. Hope some posters with local knowledge will chip-in and offer some guidance.
Are there any documents saying the purchase or deal is governed by Thai Law?
Is the document wriiten in Thai and or guaranteed by a local forwarding agent?
If not don't waste your time mate.
I have a law firm here in BKK.
PM me if interested
The import and shipping was done by a freight forwarding company and some important information was left off the original import document like the part # so I cant prove that the part that was imported is the same part on my bike.Originally Posted by Loy Toy
