    ©Business Partner Sought™

I have been asked to provide a price for 10 replica football shirts by a certain party in the UK. I'm looking for a business partner who is resident in the LoS and who would be willing to share the costs/ profits of such an enterprise, 50/50. The initial deal for 10 shirts might not seem partucularly attractive, but who knows where it might lead.

The last time I bought a shirt down Sukhumvit, it set me back around 400 baht. I have also checked on EBay & there are one or two vendors in BKK (allegedly) who are selling shirts for £15 & upwards (excl. P&P).

Please contact me via PM to discuss this proposition further or for more details.

All PM's will be treated in the strictest confidence. Time wasters need not apply.

Not really interested in being a partner as I'm already loaded, but one of the chaps here knows the wholesale place where they sell them. He's in the UK at the moment but will get back sometime next week, if you remind me Hazza I'll see what I can do.

Problem is sending them back, have you covered that mate?

Awfully inexpensive PC, as kk posted... do they have the hologram & tags etc. that the real ones have? If so & you are serious then PM me.

    Eek....what's a hologram??

I picked up 2 Manu shirts and one Everton shirt, (beer chang logo, I love it!!)

To me, they looked like football shirts, same as I bought in London a few years back, Chelsea strip as it was, not the real thing but a knock off.
I don't know what kind of quality differences you're talking about but as a purchaser of shirts for many years they were what I was after!
If you're thinking of the shirts you see hawked along Suk for 450+ they're the same but remember my backyard is Pratunam, not a tourist highway!

I'll take a pic when I get home and you can have a look fer yerself!
I might even get the missus to out it on!

KK, believe it or not, football has been my sporting passion for more than 30 years. I'm proud to say I can sit down with the best Brit and discuss football and keep me own.
I've made a lot of friends over time through football.

^ Also need to make sure they're this years style (or whatever you call it). Also you gotta look at the quality of stitching etc. (kind of like the Rolex watches, you've got different levels of fakeness and how fake they look). Still you never know it's worth checking out as that's a well good price.

Although Hazza have they launched the strips they'll be wearing next season yet mate?

You really don't know what a hologram is? It's like a little silvery kind of thingy that contains and image that kind of moves depending on what angle you look at it (kind of ish sorta).

Soz PC no offence meant, I'm not a massive footy fan myself to be honest. Good on you though, who's your team?

Yeah it's Manu. My mate back home was born in Salford and was a season ticket holder for years so I sent one back for him. I had to buy an Everton shirt because of the history of Chang vs Carlsberg and Liverpool vs Everton I find that hilarious!

I know what a hologram is but in reference to the shirt I'm still in the dark! I shall look tonight!

As I said the quality (stitching etc) is fine by me so unless there's a desire for a more authentic shirt I think these would be OK!

We all know that as an admin. of a phpbb message board, you can send out PM's purporting to be from one party but really coming from anotter. Shame on you dd for employing such tactics. I can get all the deep throating I need thanks without resorting to pestering fellow board members for their favors.

I looked into doing this 6 months or so ago. The problem was tracking down good enough copies. For each club there were 3 or 4 slightly different variations of the shirt around. I bought a couple of what appeared to be the best ones but when held up against the originals, although the differences were only slight, it was still very easy to tell they were fake.

what about bringing originals over here for them to copy, at the moment they are all probably copying from copies, and as it works down the line the copies get worse.

Ken keeps going on about the holograms, but not all genuine shirts have them. I've only seen them on fake England shirts.

Anyone interested in GOOD quality fake jeans?

Levis, Van Whatshisface, etc., etc., - made to order. Just let me know what sizes and they'll knock em up for you. You're looking at about 5 quid (max) to buy here.

I don't keep going on mate, it was all in the same day or two.

The ones I saw are from a few years ago, if they don't have holograms on anymore....my apologies.

I've shipped both Chelsea & Spurs shirts back from the LoS during the last two years... with holograms.
