Yeh I guess that's possible, oddly enough so far my customers in Thailand have told me that no duty or VAT was levied on the individual parts orders I've sent there so far...

If the paperwork is in order and legitimate they can rape my legitimate Thai company all they want, from what I read on the Thai government website there are provisions to re-claim what I get charged if I'm then re-exporting.
