Sound bogus to me. If they are farmers then don't they simply wait for the harvest, then sell the fruit? I can understand wheat farmers pre-selling their harvest to the wheat pool but do ForestTech have a canning or juice plant.

Look at the management team. Business, property development, financial, and sales. Not a farmer or a fruit grower among them. Who will be looking after the trees?

Ponzi scheme....it does not sound like one at all, a ponzi scheme by definition an fraudulent operation that pays returns to its investors from their own money or the money paid by subsequent investors, rather than from profit earned by the individual or organization running the operation.

This repays from the wealth of the harvest and it is done in many agri investments world wide, my advice is instead of going onto forums and asking armchair professors who have never studied a topic or are not professional within that field is to perform your own due diligence or contact an unbiased professional within the field.

It was a strange night for sure and it was even stranger when I read that this guy had "gone legit". I'm afraid I filed Dr Marc's number under "drunk pseudo-doctors" which coincidentally is the same file as my trash.
