If you are really serious about owning a bar in Pattaya, you need to talk to some long term bar owners. Roundy and Bob at the Roo Bar on walking street have been in Pattaya for 14 years. When I was hanging out there they were fairly approachable guys.
One thing I do know is that you need to like drink piss a real lot.
