Anyone out there that can answer this, I would be grateful:
Does anyone know whether or not being a [minority] shareholder in a non-publicly listed Australian company would give you free [unlimited stay] movement in and out of Aus (i.e., can I stay a year, two years, etc.)?
Also, can you partake in the affairs and management of the company (being located in Aus; thus, at a guess "working")?
If so, what is the minimum capital investment required (I hear it is Aus$100,000 - but that could well be wrong)?
* All the above obviously applies to a person who is neither Aussie nor, currently, has a visa for Aus (as I assume an Aussie would have no problems with this)
Cheers
~W~
