Hi ... and thanks for the hello and the comment.
After completion, I jokingly explained to our builder that some of our neighbours thought we were building a two room, two storey extension. To which he answered that the foundations were sufficient if we needed that at a later stage.

Hope that if you do decide to go ahead with your extension that you will make photo's at every stage and keep us all up-to-date here in the forums.
