Around 3,000,000baht using basic stuff, real cost farang style would be double or more.

Having this built at the moment near Udon Thani cost is approx 3.5 million baht with wood floor through out
You can check the build progress on Mark & Noi House Kut Chap Udon Thani
It coming along now should be finished in approx 2 to 3 month the house then just the outside to landscape
