I agreed...7 mil is quite tight for the one of a kind home, but doable

hmm...I thought you said it's for an unban lot, in thailand, with neighbour all 3 sides for this not so big lot. And you didn't mention it has any view.

However your design esp for upper floor has large area of clear glass windows on both sides and the back , and glass railing upper deck.
Clearly your house is designed with some views in mind.

Now I'm confused about the spec sheet for the competition.

The focus is clearly the infinity pool, mooncake. And the lot is 2200 x 2800. Just because it is an urban lot doesn't mean it can't have a view.

    Orientation of upper level?

    Dear Humbert

Beautiful modern design! I would be concerned about the orientation of the upper level. This way, the bedrooms will get the full evening sun load and therefore were hot.

Well, Nawty's been jailed. Can't have this contest without him so we need to put things on hold until he's released.

Roller shades for the windows are a very good solution - but the walls should also be shaded, because they store the heat and transfer it to the rooms during nighttime.

He might have flounced. We will just have to wait him out. He can send word from MKP if he is staying on.

    Nope.
I think Split is busy on a project. If Nawts out for good I don't think three participants is worthwhile either.

So tell us a little more about this. Does flounced mean something like flew the coop and what is MKP.

Moronic Kiddie Posts. You get jailed there for being anti-social. You can look for Nawty's thread, entitled WTF, which emanates from there. He got jailed which means he can't participate in the rest of the forum. Flounced means to quit the forum. Not sure what his intentions are though, maybe he will just buck up and take his sentence or maybe flounce.
